Which Floor Should You Book?

All three apartments share the same building and the same care. But the floors are different. Here's the honest version.

If you're trying to pick between our three apartments and want a real answer, here it is. All three sleep four, in two bedrooms — one double and one twin. All three have their own private entrance, a kitchen, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. The differences are below.

First floor. Street level. No stairs. That's the main thing. If you're travelling with a stroller, older parents, or anyone who'd rather not climb with a suitcase, book this one. It also has a dishwasher — the other two don't. Spacious, quiet, easy to live in.

Second floor. The middle. Best balance between light, privacy, and the effort of getting up there. The balcony looks out over the rooftops which is good for a morning coffee. This one has a coffee machine and a baby cot on request, so it's the apartment we book most often for young couples travelling with a small child.

Third floor. The top. Best views, best light, and the quietest of the three because it's furthest from the street. Slightly bigger — about 70 m² instead of 65. The balcony is the nicest one in the building for evenings. The stairs are the only trade-off; if you're fine with those, this is often the best of the three.

If you're still torn, message us before booking. Rui reads everything and will usually get back within a few hours with a suggestion based on what you've told him about the trip.
