The second-floor apartment offers an excellent balance of light and privacy. The balcony looks out over the rooftops and street below — a good place for morning coffee. Two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower. Everything works well here. Like every apartment in the building, it was renovated with care inside the original 1917 frame.
